No problem. Just make sure you tell us in advance and we can advise on subs. Please note we do use nuts in our kitchens and so cannot guarantee no nut traces in any of our products. Every effort will be made to prevent any cross contamination for orders with known allergies.
We stock Frobishers fruit juices including Orange & Apple (£3), Mini box of 4 assorted truffles (£4.50) & you can add a biodegradable cutlery, napkin & plate set to your order (£2.50pp).
You can add a personalised message for £1.50. Choose from, 'happy anniversary', 'happy birthday', 'thank you', 'congratulations' or 'a gift for you' with your personal message and we will include in your package. Write your message in the 'message' box on the order page.
We do charge a travel charge for deliveries of boxes, platters or grazing tables. We try to keep this cost as low as possible. Please enter your postcode on your order/enquiry and we will come back with the cost.

We can add that wow factor to your grazing tables. We can use fresh eucalyptus, foliage, fresh flowers, apple crates, wine boxes, wooden boards, hessian, cake stands as part of our set up. Just let us know what you have in mind and we can give you a costing.
We can supply biodegradable plates, cutlery & napkins (£2.50pp) or proper plates, cutlery & linen napkins for (£3.50pp). We also have glassware for hire at £10 per case (of 24gls).
Yes we do! We can send you a gift voucher by post or via email for any amount you wish to have. The voucher is valid for one calendar year from the date of purchase and can be redeemed against any of our products and services. It can be sent to you or directly to your recipient. The e-voucher is sent (same day of purchase) free of charge or a printed gift voucher sent by tracked post will cost £3.50 for postage (allow 2-3 days to arrive).
The Grazing Board Company reserves the right to make last minute substitution to your order if a product is not readily available. The item will always be like for like (one cheese for another cheese for example) and you will still get the same monetary value of produce included in your box.
Yes you can change the date of your booking as long as we are given enough notice and the new date is available. Grazing box & platter deliveries require a minimum 72 hours notice to change the date. Grazing tables require a minimum 7 days notice to change the date.
We cannot accept cancellations and do not offer refunds.
If a delivery time has been requested we aim to deliver within a 30 minute window of that requested time.
Our delivery driver will attempt to deliver at the Shipping Address provided. If you/your recipient does not answer the door, they will attempt to leave the box in the safe place provided if you have provided one. They will take a photo of the box in its safe place and leave a card through the door as notification. If they cannot leave in a safe place, your driver will call you on the number provided. You will be notified of these attempts via the email address provided. If they cannot deliver, leave in a safe place or get hold of you on the contact number provided, the box will be taken back to our premises where you can collect on the same day or arrange possible re delivery for the next day at further cost to you. If collection or re delivery is not possible, we cannot offer a refund.
By purchasing online, you agree that you have confirmed the delivery postcode is within the delivery area we cover, that the full and correct delivery address has been provided; also confirming you have selected the correct date.
Your grazing order will be made freshly to order on the day of delivery. The food should either be eaten within 2 hours of delivery or be stored in the fridge (8 degrees or colder) until eaten. The contents should be eaten within three days (including day of delivery) if stored in the fridge. After this or if not stored in the fridge, the food should not be eaten and should be thrown away.
Once delivery of your order has been accepted, you/your recipient becomes responsible for the grazing food and should follow these guidelines as set out above.
We work from professional commercial kitchen premises in Mortimer which is a shared space with our sister company Total Hospitality (wedding caterers est 2005). Your order is freshy made to order by one of our professional chefs all of whom have either a level 2 or 3 food hygiene certified training. We have a 5 star EHO record for both businesses and take hygiene, food storage & temperatures, cross contamination, food allergies or intolerances and the food standards agencies guidelines to the letter; and delivered to the highest of standards.
